The rules of the game are quite simple. First, everyone who participates should come with a present. They will sit in a circle. One person should act as a host and read a story. Every time the word "left" is read, the participants should hand the present to the person on their left. Every time the word "right" is read, the participants move the present to the person on their right. At the end of the story, everyone ended up with a surprise present from a random participant in the game. You can change the game to fit your own situation and occasion and you can change it into another name with the rules followed.
You can even come up with your own story to make the game fit your needs. You can write a story for a left-right game however you want. These types of games are quick, low-pressure, and ideal for large groups.
The game begins with people sitting in a circle holding their own gifts. To prevent this, you might want to count the number of lefts and rights in your story to figure where the gifts are going to wind up, based on how many people are in the circle.
The only criteria for a left-right or, if you prefer, right-left Christmas story is that it contain lots of gift-passing cues.
The family would probably enjoy a laid-back gift like a movie night knit. You can fill a cute popcorn box with candy bars, a new movie, and packets of popcorn and hot chocolate. You can easily print popcorn boxes from my shop. Remember, a company party is a gesture of employee appreciation and can help boost morale. An iPad or Beats headphones might be nice. An easy gift for this occasion is a loaded gift card. Starbucks or Amazon would likely be desirable. You can find an adorable gift card holder in my shop.
A Christmas party with friends would likely be a fun occasion for a nice bottle of wine. You could even go the extra mile and create a French Mulled Wine kit so they can easily enjoy this delicious recipe, which is perfect for Christmas time. Performance Performance.
