This is a temp to perm post based on their performance. We are looking for a good administrator, you must have Sims Experience and have worked in a school before. Essential skills are: Attention to details Process oriented Able to take detailed minutes Understanding of the safeguarding and confidentiality in the school environment Fully vetted checks - DBS and Safeguarding Please note this is a full-time position, 36 hours per week, working hours are am to pm with some days of early start at am and late sittings due to recruitment period.

The duties within the role consist of:providing secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the Human Resources department including providing assistance in managing day to day queries,liaising with agencies,conducting pre-employment checks,offer letters and associated administration. In addition, you will assist in record keeping, filing both physical and computerised , photocopying, taking minutes, entering, editing and retrieving data, updating Single Central Record, Annual leave, Absence records and HR System The school committed to promoting equality, challenging discrimination and developing community cohesion.
